Systems Integration Infrastructure Modernization Emergency Communications
Why HPMC

Connections that create value

We bring the right people, technologies, and delivery partners together so projects work better from day one and keep delivering long after launch.

01

Connection Over Complexity

HPMC unifies vendors, technologies, agencies, and field realities into one working system instead of a patchwork of disconnected parts.

02

Speed + Precision

Better coordination, clearer scopes, and smarter partner alignment help reduce delays, confusion, and unnecessary spend.

03

Built for Real Environments

Our work is shaped for transit, infrastructure, public spaces, emergency systems, and deployments that must perform in the real world.

What We Deliver

Integrated solutions, not isolated products

HPMC aligns strategy, technology, and execution to deliver complete systems that work together in the field.

Complete delivery across infrastructure and communications

  • Digital signage and display systems
  • Emergency communications and SAM deployment
  • Mobile power and connected infrastructure
  • Vendor sourcing, systems alignment, and project delivery

One system. Better outcomes.

HPMC connects the right partners, technologies, and strategies to solve full project needs across infrastructure, communications, power, and deployment. The result is a smarter path to delivery, stronger lifecycle value, and a clearer line between vision and execution.

How It Works

Power, media, intelligence, and deployment—working as one

HPMC integrates each layer into a unified infrastructure solution instead of leaving clients to assemble the puzzle themselves.

Power

Stealth Power supports mobile energy needs with systems designed to reduce idling and support infrastructure in the field.

Media

MessagePoint Media supports digital display and public-facing communication across transit and other connected environments.

Intelligence

Techinoid adds automation, smart systems, and technical innovation to connected infrastructure strategies.

Deployment

Worldwide Digital Signage supports execution, deployment, and ecosystem alignment for real-world signage and communications systems.

When Seconds Matter

Real-time emergency communication where timing matters most

HPMC helps deploy SAM to deliver fast, clear messaging across screens, devices, and infrastructure so organizations can reduce response time and improve visibility when it counts.

  • Instant alerts across digital signage and display networks
  • Support for smart TVs and dedicated device-based deployments
  • Designed to improve readiness, coordination, and life-safety communication

Project Narrative

Connected Canvas – A Community Digital Arts Platform

Project Title: Connected Canvas – A Community Digital Arts Platform

Connected Canvas proposes the installation of a 55-inch portrait digital kiosk to function as a rotating, community-driven digital art gallery.

The kiosk will display curated digital artworks created by local artists. Artists will submit work through a secure, browser-based portal, and a community advisory panel will participate in the selection process to ensure representation and neighborhood relevance. Selected works will rotate on a defined exhibition schedule, creating a dynamic and evolving public arts presence.

The project integrates reliable digital signage infrastructure commonly used in municipal and transit environments. The system will prioritize stability, accessibility, and content moderation standards appropriate for public display.

Key components include:
• An open call for local artists
• A curated exhibition cycle highlighting local and emerging creators
• QR-based viewer engagement for artist information and optional feedback
• A framework for optional revenue-sharing if artwork is licensed or sold

The primary objectives of the project are to:
• Expand access to public exhibition space
• Elevate neighborhood-based artistic voices
• Support emerging and underrepresented artists
• Create an interactive cultural asset within the community

This pilot installation will include evaluation metrics such as artist participation, community engagement levels, and qualitative feedback from residents and stakeholders. The project is designed to be scalable if successful, with the potential for replication in additional neighborhoods.
