Digital signage: Outdoor kiosks, LED/LCD displays, transit screens and low-power signage. Public Wi-Fi: Sponsored welcome pages, captive portals and community information at participating locations. Public-service media: Approved audio/video announcements and essential messaging in supported environments.

HPMC reviews the requested audience, message category, preferred media, market, timing and any installation or content permissions that may apply. If a relevant opportunity can be evaluated, we will follow up to discuss availability, policies, pricing or potential pilot participation.

Campaigns, public-service content, Wi-Fi experiences and new installations are subject to site-owner authorization, applicable rules, technical feasibility and any agency or municipal approvals.
