HPMC Community Conversation — a space to compare experiences and ideas about better connected public places.
Public information, passenger communications and neighborhood connectivity are most useful when they reflect the people who rely on them. HPMC invites thoughtful input from transit riders, community organizations, local businesses, technology professionals and public-service teams.
What would make local public information more useful?
We would welcome perspectives on digital signage, announcements, public Wi-Fi welcome screens, and information at transit stops, public facilities, business districts, events and other community spaces.
For example: Which messages would be useful? What types of media feel accessible? Are there kinds of destinations or service environments where timely information is particularly valuable?
